is Sukkos this year? |
|
Sukkos begins on Monday night, October 13th. The first day of Sukkos, when the use of the Arba Minim is a commandment of the Torah, is October 14th. On the morning of Hoshana Rabba, which takes place this year Monday, October 20th, Hoshanos are required in the morning (Shacharis) services. The Sukkah is used for all meals starting with the first night of Sukkos, Monday night, October 13th, through the first day of Shmini Atzeres, which begins this year on Monday night, October 20th.

The standard shipping charge is $13.95 per Arba Minim set for any
address in the continental United States.

The charge for overnight shipping is $10.00 per Arba Minim set,
in addition to the standard shipping charge.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to USA and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other foreign
countries.

Which carrier will be shipping my order?
|
|
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL exclusively. A tracking number will be available to allow you to track your shipment en route. Please note that we can not deliver to a post office box. Oversize packages e.g. sukkos will be shipped via truck.

When is the last time that I can order Esrogim
(Arba Minim sets) at the standard shipping rate this year?

Deadline for accepting standard shipment Arba Minim orders this year is Noon, Tuesday, October 7th, the Tuesday before Yom Kippur. All orders accepted after that time will be charged for overnight shipping. You will be notified of cost.

When is the very last time that I can order Esrogim
(Arba Minim sets) this year?

Deadline for all Arba Minim orders this year is Noon, Friday, October 10th. Orders that will be placed after October 7th will be charged for overnight shipping. You will be notified of the cost prior to shipment. (Depending on your shipping zone it may still be able to ship ground.)

When will I receive my order?
|
|
The first attempt to deliver all Arba Minim orders to their shipping addresses will be made no later than by the end of the day on Friday, October 10th, Three days before the start of Sukkos.

What if there is nobody at the shipping address to accept the
order when UPS tries to make a delivery?
|
|
When placing your order, you can have us authorize UPS to allow
a neighbor to sign and accept delivery for you. If you don't do
that, UPS will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you
take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping
address the next business day. You also have the option to call
the phone number on the UPS notice and instruct them to hold the
order for you to pick up in person at your local UPS delivery depot.
You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call UPS,
and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to
pick up the order.

What is your return policy for Arba Minim?
|
|
Because the Arba Minim are perishable, all Arba Minim sales are
final. No returns are accepted. If you have any problem with your
Arba Minim order after it has been received, please call our customer
service department immediately at: 718 692-3335.

When is the last time that I can order a Sukkah, Portable
Sukkah or Schach?
|
|
The deadline for all Sukkah or Schach orders is Monday October 6th. Because the supplies of Sukkahs and Schach are limited, The Esrog Headquarters cannot guarantee availability of all models in all sizes. You are therefore urged to place your Sukkah and Schach orders as early as possible.

What is your return policy for Sukkahs or Schach?

No Sukkah or Schach order will be accepted for return without an
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
